Demystifying the Mechanics
01
Order confirmation
This is the first step in confirming the customer's order. It involves double-checking order details, quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy.
02
Raw Material Planning
Once the order is confirmed, the next step is to source and schedule the raw materials required for manufacturing.
03
Fabrication of child parts & assembly
Individual components or "child parts" of the product are manufactured at this stage. These components are then put together to form the finished product. This phase ensures that all components are manufactured exactly as specified.
04
Inspection of Welding and Quality
Welding is an important process in many industrial processes. This phase includes inspecting the weld quality as well as the overall product quality. At this stage, any flaws or challenges can be identified and fixed.
05
Shower Test / Leak test on the top side of the container (if applicable)
A shower or leak test is performed if the product being made is a container or other item that needs waterproofing. This test ensures that the product has no leaks or water damage in any location.
06
Primer & Paint Process
The product is primed after inspection and any necessary repairs or adjustments to give it a base coat for paint. The primer helps in the adherence and longevity of the paint. Following priming, the product is painted to the desired finish.
07
Branding or Decal Process
This step involves putting branding, logos, or decals on the product. Branding helps in product identification and gives a finishing touch to its appearance.
08
Customer Inspection
In some instances, the product may be inspected by the client. This phase allows the customer to inspect the finished product and ensure that it fulfils their specifications and quality standards.
09
Ready for Dispatch
The product is considered to be ready for shipping if it has passed all prior steps and inspections. This means it's ready for packaging and delivery to the customer's location.
